Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit local retailers across your territory, educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, and help maximize the value of the program.

This field-based role requires a personal vehicle, daily visits, and strong customer-facing skills; you will partner with leadership to achieve territory goals while receiving training, paid onboarding, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months sales/retail/marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers within territory to engage with merchants professionally.
• Introduce and educate merchants on client programs and benefits.
• Provide on-site support and address questions to ensure understanding.
• Place and maintain in-store signage and branding.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools.
