Job summary

Z SUPPLY is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Retail & Facilities to plan, coordinate, and execute store buildouts, Shop in Shop environments, tradeshows, and corporate facilities projects. This hybrid role includes in-office work four days a week with Friday work-from-home, and primary responsibility for the Costa Mesa headquarters.

Responsibilities cover budgeting, timelines, vendor selection, fixture production, installation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably retail or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of millwork, fixtures and installation techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shop in Shop projects from concept through installation and completion.
• Oversee existing and future retail installations and expansions.
• Coordinate site visits, measurements and assessments with internal teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination across multiple projects.
• Serve as primary contact for Costa Mesa HQ facilities and office moves.
