Job summary

• Manage multiple active customers, projects, service requests and priorities.
• Oversee construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, and capital projects from start to finish.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and execution strategies.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and MJZ personnel; maintain updates with customers.
• Identify issues early and develop practical solutions to avoid impact on customers.
• Obtain pricing, source materials, and develop alternative options when needed.
• Track costs, schedules, change orders, and documentation.
