Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform facility maintenance on retail sites in the San Antonio area. You will handle mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs, with a furnished company vehicle and tools to support daily work.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4-5 years of related experience, CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license. Strong MS Office and Apple product skills are expected, with Service Channel experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products; Service Channel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems per standards.
• Review inspections to ensure equipment operates within design parameters.
• Estimate time and materials, manage work orders and provide completion timelines.
• Maintain truck stock inventory of supplies and tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and oversee emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
