Job summary

The Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will shape the store's success and contribute to the company's growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising, and collaborating with teammates to meet targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric: passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals and follow store policies.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
