Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and assist with inventory, with a focus on customer service and teamwork. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, as is a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle sales reports and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
