The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will influence store success and contribute to company growth through effective service and sales execution.

Responsibilities include creating a positive customer experience, driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising, and collaborating with teammates to meet goals. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
