The Finish Line is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards while providing outstanding service to customers. Flexibility to work varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
