Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist with sales, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations while upholding health and safety standards. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and a strong customer focus with basic math and POS familiarity. Compensation includes an employee discount and 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store upkeep; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and operational goals and maintain health and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
