Job summary

Fleet Feet, a leading running retailer, is seeking a Retail Experience Manager (RXM) to lead daily store operations on the sales floor and drive exceptional customer service. You’ll mentor Outfitters, set performance expectations, and champion a high-energy, team-first environment that motivates colleagues and delivers results.

As RXM, you’ll oversee inventory, scheduling, and store processes while promoting Fleet Feet’s events and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in customer-facing environments.
• Strong coaching, communication, and delegation skills.
• Experience managing inventory, schedules, and retail operations.
• Growth-oriented mindset and accountability for store results.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing Outfitters.
• Coach and inspire with real-time feedback and recognition.
• Manage sales floor operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
