Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking a Retail Experience Manager (RXM) to lead daily store operations, coach a performance-driven team, and deliver a premium customer experience on the sales floor. You will mentor Outfitters, drive employee engagement, and ensure high-energy store performance aligned with Fleet Feet’s service standards.

You will oversee inventory, schedules, and floor coverage while championing Fleet Feet events and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven retail management experience is required.
Strong coaching and communication skills for a high-energy team.
Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and store operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Outfitters to be customer-first and goal-oriented.
Coach and Inspire: Set expectations, provide feedback, recognize achievements and support growth.
Own the Floor: Manage sales floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the outfitting experience.
