Job summary

Fleet Feet Upper Arlington is seeking a Co- Retail Experience Manager (RXM) to lead daily store operations and inspire a high-energy team. You will mentor staff, drive a premium customer experience, and ensure store performance across sales, inventory, and events.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail leadership, strong coaching, and exceptional communication. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within the Fleet Feet brand.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 2-3 years of retail experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Proven track record of leading teams by example, giving feedback and coaching in the moment.
• Experience handling difficult conversations (performance, disciplinary, etc.).
• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• Ability to balance employee needs with business goals.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail staff, focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.
• Serve as the on-floor point person to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate tasks to the team.
• Oversee key holders, outfitters, and daily store operations.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales and metric goals; assist with scheduling and labor budget.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and timely ecommerce order fulfillment; organize in-store events.
