Fleet Feet Sports is seeking a Retail Experience Manager to lead store staff and drive exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management, while ensuring Outfitters provide the best fit and service to every runner.

The position requires on-floor presence five days a week and a commitment to Fleet Feet’s service standards. You will manage a team, handle schedules, and promote staff growth, leveraging bonuses and benefits

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with retail experience in a Fleet Feet store.
• Ability to train and develop staff and lead by example.
• Strong communication and feedback skills for hard conversations.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to manage schedules and administrative tasks in a fast-paced store.
• High level of customer service and team performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage performance of retail staff.
• Oversee Outfitters to ensure customers are outfitted with what they need to start or continue their running journey.
• Spend on-floor time 5 days a week to support store operations and customer experience.
• Foster a positive staff culture and drive Fleet Feet initiatives.
