Job summary

The North Face in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership, drive a best-in-class customer experience, mentor associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store's success in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering exceptional service.

• Strong verbal and written communication in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement.
• Lead daily store operations with opening/closing procedures.
