You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, floor coverage.
• Drive sales and profitability by monitoring progress against KPIs and goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory flow to the sales floor.
