Job summary

Music & Arts, part of the Guitar Center enterprise, is seeking a Retail Sales Experience Manager to translate company strategies into clear field programs. You will own retail playbooks, training materials, and field engagement strategies to enable store teams and leaders to execute priorities while delivering outstanding customer and employee experiences.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, HR, Training, IT, and other departments to ensure initiatives become practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-unit or geographically dispersed retail organization preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop retail playbooks translating strategies into field execution plans.
• Create training materials, communication plans, and field engagement strategies.
• Translate initiatives into practical store-level expectations, tools, and execution standards.
• Partner with field leadership to gather feedback and improve playbooks.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate adoption and impact.
