Job summary

Guitar Center, through its Music & Arts unit, is seeking a Retail Sales Experience Manager to translate company strategies into clear, executable field programs across a geographically dispersed organization.

You will develop playbooks, training materials, and communication plans, partner with Marketing, Lessons, HR, IT, and Retail Operations, and lead recognition and engagement initiatives to drive adoption and an exceptional customer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Experience supporting a multi-unit or geographically dispersed retail organization preferred.
• Proven track record developing playbooks, training, communications, or large-scale launches.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategies into clear, executable field programs and playbooks.
• Develop training materials, communication plans, and field engagement strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, HR, IT, and other departments to implement initiatives.
• Lead retail recognition and engagement programs to celebrate performance and drive adoption.
• Provide coaching, coaching feedback, and field visits to ensure effective execution.
