Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Sales Experience Manager to translate company strategies into clear, executable field programs for store teams across a geographically dispersed retail network. You will own playbooks, training materials, and engagement initiatives that drive customer and employee experience.

You will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Lessons, HR, Training, IT, and other departments to translate initiatives into practical store-level expectations and tools, while celebrating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Communications, Marketing, Learning and Development or equivalent.
• Experience supporting a multi‑unit or geographically dispersed retail organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own development of comprehensive retail playbooks and field execution plans.
• Establish consistent playbook standards with objectives, roles, execution steps, timelines, and training.
• Translate initiatives into practical processes for store teams to execute.
• Develop launch materials, guides, checklists, FAQs, leadership toolkits, and resources.
• Partner with field leadership to gather feedback and improve programs.
• Conduct post-launch reviews on adoption, impact, and opportunities.
