Job summary

Music & Arts seeks a Retail Sales Experience Manager to translate strategies into clear field programs. You will own retail playbooks, training materials, and communications to enable store teams and leaders to execute priorities while delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.

You will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Lessons, HR, Training, IT, and other departments to translate initiatives into practical store-level expectations and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Experience supporting multi-unit or geographically dispersed retail organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop playbooks, training programs, field communications, and large-scale initiative launches.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; strong Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom skills.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to lead projects across multiple departments and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own development of retail playbooks and field execution plans translating strategies into actionable steps.
• Create launch materials, guides, checklists, talking points, and leadership toolkits.
• Develop customer experience standards and related training programs for store teams.
• Design and manage a coordinated retail communications strategy and content calendar.
• Produce executive-quality presentations and field communications for leadership teams.
• Facilitate trainings and meetings; coach field teams during store visits.
