Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers at the front door or throughout the store.
• Suggests storage and organization solutions to customers.
• Designs and sells custom closets and storage projects.
• Works the register with a focus on great customer experience.
• Enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Assists with early morning or evening merchandising tasks.
• Keeps the sales floor stocked and presented per brand standards.
• Supports curbside or car-side pickup and delivery processes.
• Maintains organized stockroom to support selling efforts.
• Executes tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
