Samsung Electronics America (SEA) via 2020 Companies in Avon, IN is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate (SEC) to drive Samsung product sales in a Best Buy store. You’ll deliver customer-focused service, demonstrate devices, and build relationships with store teams.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a high school diploma, and at least 6 months of sales/retail experience. This role offers weekly pay and paid training, with apparel and devices provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of sales/retail/telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend/evening hours and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sellout of Samsung products within a Best Buy store using consultative sales techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung devices to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and Best Buy staff.
• Partner with Best Buy staff to achieve store goals and initiatives.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain brand standards through merchandising and staff interactions.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance.
