2020 Companies is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America in a Best Buy location in Fullerton, CA. You will demonstrate and sell Samsung devices, provide product information, and help customers make informed decisions while building positive relationships with store staff.

Ideal candidates have basic sales or retail experience, strong communication skills, and availability on weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store.
• Uncover and understand the needs of the customer and recommend a Samsung product to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for Best Buy staff and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and goals of all teams.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and Best Buy employees.
• Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
