Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful and professional manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
• Assist customers at register, handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow MOS policies and loss prevention practices to protect assets.
• Uphold Ross brand and provide courteous service to shoppers.
