Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer orders and merchandising.
• Supervising selling floor operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Promoting Macy’s mobile app to enhance customer experience.
• Lead and support colleagues in completing assigned tasks.
• Provide fast feedback to People Leaders to improve processes.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures and manage registers.
