Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Supervisor-Events in Tempe, AZ. Responsible for recruiting, supervising and motivating Event Specialists, training them on policies, and auditing to ensure quality event execution. Manages event communications with store management and oversees event kits and resources.

Includes payroll oversight, scorecard monitoring, and scheduling to maximize on-date execution. Requires a driver’s license and Food Safety certification within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficient MS Office skills and internal systems.
• Valid driver’s license; Food Safety certification within 30 days if not already.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise and motivate employees to meet client expectations.
• Train Events Specialists on processes and responsibilities.
• Audit and coach to maintain food safety and execution quality.
• Communicate with store management about events and outcomes.
• Be the point of contact for all events in the store, assist with kits.
