Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a Retail Supervisor-Events to manage event execution, coach 10–50 staff, and liaise with store management. The role focuses on training, audits, and ensuring food safety in retail event environments.

Responsibilities include coordinating event kits, tracking expenses, and maintaining equipment while fostering a collaborative, compliant team culture across assignments.

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience: Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or one to two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite programs.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license required; Food Safety certification within 30 days if not already certified.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, supervise and motivate employees to meet client expectations.
  • Train Event Specialists on company processes and responsibilities.
  • Ensure quality execution by auditing and coaching Event Specialists; maintain Food Safety practices.
  • Communicate with store management about events and past execution.
  • Serve as point of contact for events; prepare kits, materials and tools.
  • Monitor payroll and expenses; manage event scorecards for on-date execution.
  • Reschedule events to maximize on-date and weekend execution.
  • Share competitive knowledge and best practices with team.
  • Maintain demo kitchen and equipment; ensure proper maintenance and safety.
