Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club, ensuring top-tier customer experiences through demos and sampling events.

You will recruit, coach, and manage staff, oversee event execution, and drive performance metrics while collaborating with store leadership to deliver business results. This full-time role offers growth, training, a strong benefits package, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of hire where applicable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (occasional up to 50).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
