Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club, driving customer experiences through product demonstrations and sampling events.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, oversee day-to-day event execution, monitor performance metrics, and partner with store leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and business results. This is a full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
