Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build relationships with retail partners, increase program visibility, and support business growth across your territory in Ohio.

This field‑based role requires a personal vehicle and involves visiting stores Monday–Friday with weekly pay and a 10% monthly bonus opportunity. You will provide on‑site support, educate merchants on financial services and program benefits, and ensure in‑store materials are up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within the assigned territory.
• Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing experience is a plus.

Regular work, Market – AMRET – OH – Cleveland 220. Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retail partner relationships, increase program visibility, and support business growth across your territory. Work Monday‑Friday with weekly pay and a 10% monthly bonus opportunity.

This field‑based role requires a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage merchants professionally and relationship‑focused.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant confidence.
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations.

Performance Measurements

• Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
• Schedule store visits at least two weeks in advance.
• Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
• Demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships.
• Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.

Compensation & Benefits

• $21 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus.
• No weekend work.
