2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to visit 22–30 retail locations per day across your territory, educating merchants on client products and program benefits.

You will travel by personal vehicle, manage a daily route, and document all activity with mobile tools. The role emphasizes independent field work, strong relationship-building, and delivering on territory goals through in-store engagement and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client to train and advocate for client products at the retailer.
• Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory.
• Maintain professional interaction with merchants and fellow employees.
• Place and maintain point-of-purchase signage where appropriate.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
