Job summary

Capco seeks a Business Analyst for its Retail Energy practice in Houston, TX. You will bridge business needs and technology solutions, influence strategy, gather requirements, and drive transformation through high-quality consulting outcomes focused on operational efficiency.

You will facilitate workshops, document requirements, develop user stories and functional specs, and create process and data models while delivering clear reports and proposals as part of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience producing structured consulting deliverables and documentation.
