lululemon in the United States (Florida) is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in-store, share high‑quality product education, and connect with our community and culture.

You will move on the floor, assist guests, support omnichannel programs, restock, and collaborate with teammates to keep the luxury store running smoothly. This role values inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm, with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchases and returns solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Conduct accurate and timely guest transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and assist store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to improve the experience.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with teammates.
• Perform product presentation tasks and stock management per standards.
• Use in‑store tech to support operations and maintain the luxury environment.
