lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will share high-quality product education, connect with guests about the community and culture, and help them find the right items for their needs.

The Educator role focuses on delivering exceptional service, collaborating with team members, and maintaining a premium store environment while supporting omnichannel programs and store operations.

Qualifications

• Educators create world-class guest experience in retail stores.
• Provide top-quality product education and speak authentically about our community and culture.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take action.
