Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and support store operations with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include providing personalized service, managing transactions, restocking, and maintaining a premium store environment while embracing our inclusive culture and values.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs and move through the store to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences by engaging with guests and sharing product education.
• Provide accurate and timely guest transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Maintain luxury store environment, restock, destock, and present products according to standards.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
