Job summary

Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is seeking a Retail Donations Coordinator to connect with retail donor stores, manage relationships, ensure safe, reliable food donations, and drive the Retail Recovery Program.

You will travel 2–3 days per week across the 24-county service area, document conversations in the CRM, guide stores through donation guidelines, and recognize their contributions to help feed neighbors facing hunger.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years grocery-store experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 2–3 days weekly across the 24-county area.
• Sit, stand, or drive for extended periods.
• Perform duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned retail donor stores as primary contact for Retail Recovery Program.
• Ensure donation guidelines are followed and stores comply with program requirements.
• Explain procedures so staff understand how to support food donation efforts.
• Keep retail donations compliant with food safety standards.
• Coordinate donor visits across the 24-county service area.
• Record donor conversations and visits in the CRM and provide follow-up.
• Monitor donor activity using reporting tools and meal-tracking software.
• Recognize stores' contributions and strengthen ongoing participation.
• Maintain communication with industry liaisons to support donor relationships.
• Travel 2–3 days weekly to visit retail donors.
• Contribute to the team; perform other duties as assigned.
