Job summary

Golden Harvest Food Bank seeks a Coordinator, Retail Enablement (Grant Funded) to manage an assigned territory of retail stores and agency partners, ensuring program compliance, engagement, and growth under the Retail Rescue framework. The role serves as field liaison, conducts visits, onboarding, and ongoing support to maximize donations and program impact.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience in nonprofit or operations.
• Minimum one year experience in program coordination, account management, or related field.
• Ability to manage relationships, schedules, and territories independently.
• Familiarity with meal donation programs and food recovery is a plus.
• Must pass background and drug screening; ServSafe certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Retail Enablement activities in assigned territory.
• Develop store engagement and visitation plans to boost participation.
• Train and support partners on donation procedures and program standards.
• Monitor donation volume, pickup reliability, and reporting compliance.
• Identify opportunities to increase donations and expand store participation.
• Escalate complex issues to the Manager, Retail Enablement as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and program documentation.
