Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will lead, train and develop the store team, ensure compliance with company policies, and monitor shrink and safety standards while maintaining professional standards.

This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and travel between Arkansas stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall staff performance and store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of store personnel.
• Assist in annual performance evaluations and budgeting.
• Monitor loss prevention and inventory controls.
• Uphold customer service standards and merchandising excellence.
• Support across multiple stores in the district.
