DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, manage inventory, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will help ensure adherence to policies, support budget goals, and lead merchandising and loss-prevention efforts.

The role requires flexibility for a 40-hour week with varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to travel among stores in the district.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and train store staff; support performance evaluations.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of personnel.
• Support expense management and budgeting; monitor inventory and shrink.
• Uphold customer service standards and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
• Oversee merchandising execution and inventory counts.
