Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in daily retail operations, driving sales and profitability through merchandising, expense and inventory control, and strong customer service.

The role requires retail management experience, willingness to travel between stores in the district, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and development of staff and effective HR support are expected as part of this leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist Store Manager with performance evaluations and feedback.
• Help manage expenses and inventory to meet budget targets.
• Monitor shrink and ensure loss prevention measures are followed.
• Support customer service standards and staff training.
• Maintain regular merchandise inventory counts and reporting.
