The role focuses on staff development, HR tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while maintaining store standards, safety, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with management, staff and customers.
• Experience in training and developing store personnel is a plus.
• Ability to manage merchandising, inventory control and store budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Recruit, select and train store personnel.
• Support loss prevention and inventory accuracy programs.
• Monitor customer service standards and staff performance.
• Coordinate scheduling to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
