Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, drive sales through merchandising execution, manage expenses and inventory, and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requires at least one year of retail management experience, strong communication, planning, and training skills; ability to travel within the district; and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience is required.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to train, develop and motivate store personnel.
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills for store goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Ensure policy compliance and customer service standards.
• Assist recruitment, selection and training of employees.
• Support Store Manager with performance evaluations.
• Help manage expenses, inventory and loss prevention.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store layout.
• Provide feedback and execute strategies to meet budget goals.
• Coordinate with multiple stores within the district.
