DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations across our Arkansas stores. You will drive sales, merchandising, and inventory control while leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, evaluating performance, managing expenses, and ensuring policy compliance. This full-time role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and travel between stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and train staff and manage store performance.
