DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, helping drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and develop the store team. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and adherence to company policies.

The position requires at least 1 year in retail management, with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, and a standard 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor and train store staff to meet training standards.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and development of store personnel.
• Support performance evaluations and feedback for store employees.
• Help manage expenses and inventory to meet budget targets.
• Monitor shrink and loss controls across stores in the district.
• Oversee customer service standards and successful store environments.
• Assist with merchandise counts and inventory accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
