Channel Partners is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, troubleshoot issues, and lead multi-rep projects. Expect variable hours with some weeks over 40 and travel up to 120 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to independently manage an account base.
• Ability to read schematics and correctly connect components.
• Professional demeanor and customer-facing professionalism.
• Proficient use of a personal smartphone/tablet with GPS for reporting and photos.
• Driver with reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Must commit to minimum weekly hours and project-based scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps including security cabling and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to ensure full functionality and maintenance compliance.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects, potentially traveling up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance timelines, troubleshoot independently, and use provided parts.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage per policy; overnight travel as required.
• Work 32–50+ hours weekly, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. starts, with occasional weekend shifts.
• Report store visit status to demonstrate objective achievement; participate in weekly calls.
• Perform merchandising tasks including planogram resets, POP updates, and signage.
• Build in-store relationships and complete scheduling/reports promptly.
• Assist with prescriptions drug collection duties as needed.
