Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and planograms. You will troubleshoot issues, lead small teams on full-day resets, and travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.

A minimum 32 hours weekly is required, with potential for 40–50+ hours; training is provided. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, vacation, 401(k) matching after 12 months, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing display issues (lighting, buttons, demo-related issues).

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps including security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with potential market travel (up to 120 miles).
• Complete ad hoc maintenance requests with 48–72 hour store service targets.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Minimum 32 hours per week with potential to 40–50+ hours; standard schedule Monday–Friday starting at 8:00 a.m.
