Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps, aligning with planograms and pricing. This full-time role offers paid training, a dedicated field manager, and opportunities to travel up to 120 miles for multi-rep projects.

Weekly hours vary by business needs, with 32 hours per week minimum and potential for 40–50+ hours. Benefits include medical plans, vacation, 401(k), and per diem travel pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Experience troubleshooting display issues (lighting, buttons, demos).

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, endcaps with cabling and monitors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to keep them functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with potential travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance timelines (48–72 hours).
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Minimum 32 hours per week, 8-hour resets; 40–50+ hours possible.
• Report store visit status to track objectives.
• Perform merchandising tasks including planogram resets and signage updates.
• Build in-store relationships and participate in weekly calls.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly; other duties as needed.
• Respect wage, hour, overtime, and rest break rules.
