Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and planograms. You will troubleshoot issues, lead project teams, and travel regionally up to 120 miles while supporting store visits and merchandising programs.

The role offers full-time hours with variable weekly schedules, training, and benefits. Expect 32 hours per week minimum with potential to rise to 40–50+ hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues (lights, buttons, demos).

Responsabilités

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep displays fully functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance timelines (store service within 48–72 hours).
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel as needed.
• Work minimum 32 hours per week with potential 40–50+ hours; standard schedule Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.; some weekends.
• Perform merchandising tasks including planogram resets, POP updates, pricing and signage.
• Build in-store relationships and participate in weekly conference calls.
• Complete administrative tasks (scheduling reports within 24 hours of launch, data entry same day).
