Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays across stores, including fixtures, planograms, and monitoring equipment. This role requires troubleshooting, occasional overnight travel, and travel up to 120 miles to market locations with a typical 32-hour minimum workweek and potential for 40–50+ hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays and fixtures.
• Experience with display wiring and cabling.
• Troubleshooting display issues and basic repairs.
• Proficiency using a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photos.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with cabling and monitors.
• Troubleshoot and repair display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with travel up to 120 miles.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance within 48-72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Maintain minimum 32 hours per week with potential 40–50+ hours.
• Report status of store visits and manage merchandising tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and participate in weekly calls.
