Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and planograms across stores. This role requires troubleshooting display issues, meeting maintenance timelines, and traveling up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.

Hours vary by business needs; up to 40+ hours some weeks, with benefits for full-time employment including healthcare and retirement options. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building retail displays and fixtures.
• Experience troubleshooting display issues and wiring.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Must be able to read schematics and connect components.
• Proficient with a basic toolkit and driving to stores.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with wiring and media players.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep displays functional and maintained.
• Lead small teams on multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles.
• Complete planogram resets, signage, and pricing updates.
• Travel with paid drive time and mileage, 32–50 hours weekly as needed.
• Accurately report store visit status and project end dates.
