Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps across stores. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform planogram resets while building strong in-store relationships.

The role offers paid training, travel between stores, and a schedule that can range with business needs, including 32–40+ hours per week and occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays and fixturing, with ability to troubleshoot and fix issues.
• Experience with cable wiring and connectivity for monitors and media players.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps, including security, cabling, and monitors.
• Troubleshoot to ensure displays are fully functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects and may travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements with 48-72 hour service targets.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasionally travel overnight and maintain 32–40+ hours weekly.
